Conceptualization

We analyzed the try before you buy opportunity in Indian ecommerce, mapped the O2O model across three user types — customer, Wheelz agent and seller — and defined the complete platform architecture.

Product Design

We created intuitive app experiences across the customer app, Wheelz agent app and seller panel with clear inspection flows, live order tracking, COD handling and seamless return journeys.

Development

Our developers built the complete multi app ecosystem customer app, Wheelz delivery agent app and vendor seller panel — with real time order sync, live GPS tracking and cloud infrastructure.
