Vaishnodevi Agro Resources needed a centralized system to digitize truck tracking, weighbridge operations, seed processing, lab reporting and dispatch management across their agro processing facility. Junkies Coder built a complete digital ecosystem with mobile apps, web admin panel and role based access giving real time operational visibility across every department.

Conceptualization

We conducted deep operational mapping of Vaishnodevi Agro's logistics workflows across gate, weighbridge, seed processing, lab and dispatch departments and structured the complete system architecture and use case logic.

Product Design

We created an operational dashboard focused UI/UX in Figma optimized for fast data entry, multi role access and field usability across mobile and web interfaces for agro logistics operations.

Development

Our developers built cross platform Android and iOS apps using Flutter with offline mode, a React based web admin panel with role based access control and a Node.js backend with real time data sync.

e performed rigorous quality assurance across gate pass flows, weighbridge calculations, lab report linkage, offline sync accuracy, role based permissions and cross device performance testing.

Challenges Faced by Client

Fully Manual Operations

All truck entries, weighbridge recordings, seed processing logs and dispatch records were handled manually on paper, causing frequent delays, data inconsistencies and reporting errors across departments.

Each department — gate, weighbridge, lab, processing and dispatch — operated in silos with no shared system, making it impossible to track goods movement or generate accurate operational reports in real time.

Offline Field Operations

Operations at the agro facility run in remote conditions with unreliable internet connectivity, requiring the mobile app to function fully offline and sync data automatically when connectivity is restored.
